1. Eligibility

1.2 You confirm that all information submitted by you or your institute is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or suspicious activities.

3. Scope of Services

The NDLM School Management Panel provides:

• Student registration and enrollment management
• Digital literacy training tracking
• Certificate generation and verification support
• Institute-level reporting and monitoring tools

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Uploading false or misleading student data
• Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt system functionality

5. Payments & Charges

• Certain services may be chargeable based on institute plans.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

All platform content, software, and branding belong to The Bharat Easy Solution. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

The Bharat Easy Solution shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to user-side issues or external factors
